Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace Prague

The hotel had excellent facilities and the rooms were comfortable and clean. the staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. the location was perfect, with key attractions such as the Charles Bridge and Old Town just a short walk away. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast every morning, providing a great start to the day.

There were some issues with our initial sleeping arrangements, which resulted in a downgrade in rooms. the manager quickly addressed the situation and resolved it in a satisfactory manner.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view of Prague Castle from our room was breathtaking and the location was perfect - close to the Charles Bridge. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The room was elegantly decorated and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and location. we would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and top-notch service. the spa and wellness center was particularly impressive, with a dazzling array of treatments and a jacuzzi that melted away my stress. the restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast with a range of options, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax. the private facilities were a lovely touch, adding to the exclusive feel of the venue. the location was excellent, close to all the main tourist areas but in a relatively quiet spot.

The only minor issue I experienced was with some staff members struggling with English, but it wasn't a major setback. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in a great location.

We had a fantastic experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were beautifully decorated and had a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We especially loved the stunning view from our window, it really added to the charm of our stay. Additionally, the hotel was in a prime location, right in the heart of the historical center. It was conveniently close to all the major attractions and we were able to walk everywhere easily.
